How booking and check-in work at Duc Allotjament
Booking step by step
Online check-in at Duc Allotjament is quick and easy: book in minutes, complete the mandatory pre-check-in before arrival, and receive your access codes on the day you arrive. We are in the centre of La Seu d’Urgell, and you can add breakfast when booking.
Step 1. Book online
Choose your dates and confirm your booking in minutes. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Step 2. Pre-check-in
You’ll receive a link to provide the details of all guests over 14 years old. You must complete this before arrival.These details are required by Spain’s Ministry of the Interior, not by the accommodation.
Step 3. Receive your codes
On the day of arrival (around 2:00 p.m.), we’ll send you the access codes and instructions.
Step 4. Self check-in
Access from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is no reception desk: you’ll receive instructions by email and can view them on your phone.
Step 5. During your stay
Simple B&B accommodation, without additional services. Breakfast is optional and can be added when booking. There is a space to work and a microwave to heat up food.
Check-out and cancellation
Check-out before 11:00 a.m. Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date.

We do not have private parking, but free parking is available nearby.

Pets are not allowed.
Kitchen
There is no kitchen or hob. You can heat up your food in the microwave in the shared area.
Reception
There is no staffed reception. You can check in independently using an access code.
Air conditioning
The rooms do not have air conditioning, but they have natural ventilation and a fan.
Cleaning and room service
We do not offer room service or daily housekeeping. Beds are not made every day during your stay.
